Her goal was to offer quality cleaning - done right the first time - at a reasonable rate. What began as a few women cleaning has now grown into a full-scale maid service operation. Today, we not only clean houses, but we also provide maid services for many businesses and apartment complexes in the area. All of our employees undergo background checks, drug screenings, and an extensive training program before ever stepping foot into your home. We are bonded and insured, and we only use professional products and equipment. No contracts are required.

Terrible service with NO GUARANTEE!!!

As a landlord, I have hired various cleaning companies to clean my properties. This one has to be one of the worst in town. Not only was only one person sent when I was told that two would come, but I was charged $163 to clean a 700 sqft apt. and she did a mediocre job. When she left, the floors were sticky, the kitchen countertops were still dirty, and the inside of the kitchen cabinets (I was told they clean those) had not been touched! When I spoke to the owners, it was obvious that their ""services"" come with absolutely NO GUARANTEE and that money comes before customer satisfaction. They were very eager to pre-charge my credit card to ""reserve"" my appointment, but did not offer anything when it came to making sure was a satisfied customer. Their business should indeed be renamed ""THE NO GUARANTEE GIRLS""! In light of their shady business practices I'm going to complain to the Bettter Business Bureau and also possibly contact the Attorney General's office.

I have been a customer for 2 1/2 years now and I wouldn't dream of going back to the other places I have been. I am a working professional and mother of 3 children who are extremly active with sports.\r When I began searching for a cleaning service, of course I tried the individual operators. I was constantly pushed off for ""big"" clients and I could never tell what the price was going to be. \r When I began the relationship with Guarantee Girls, I was not only amazed at the professionalism their employees had, but the quality of work was out the park.\r As with any working relationship, there are going to be some bumps in the road. Guarantee Girls strives to achieve an excellent rapore with their clients. My standards are pretty high and I expect excellent service for my money. I have some areas in my home that are a high priority. I addressed the concerns with a manager there and have never had to address the issue again. When my regular girl goes on vacation or is sick, I am notified my service will not be affected.\r I am so glad that I found some help in my busy life!!\r \r

Not up to the ""Guarantee"" Standards

I called and hired Guarantee Girls to begin cleaning my home last week...being a busy, Executive mother of 2 children, I needed an extra hand. (PLUS, for the record, I cleaned houses for 2 years while I stayed home with my children until they were each 1 year old.) \r Not only did I pay $160.00 plus an additional $15.00 for gas, so they could drive to my house (That is only 20 minutes away) and clean it, they did a TERRIBLE job at that. \r The beds were not neatly made, the covers were just thrown over the pillows. Also, (I have all tile and wood floors in my home..) They did not vaccuum or mop under any of the beds or tables in the house.(Obvious due to dust buildup and crumbs from the little ones.) Now outraged and curious, I checked to see if they dusted the furniture, (my daughter has a white bedroom set, so it is hard to see dust..) I swept my hand over the furniture to come up with the same amount of dust that was on top of it before they came over to clean. Last but not least....the 1/2 bathroom was not cleaned. Very disappointed and the only compensation offered was to ""come back out"", because that was their only guarantee. \r They did not make a very good impression with me.... Who would want to hire a company who can't do their best and not care about the 1st impression they would make for their business? The only Guarantee they obviously offer is a guaranteed waste of money.

The previous review sounds like sour grapes maybe a competitor of Guarantee Girls. I have been using the service for the last 3 years and couldn't be happier. I arrive home and my house is clean. When I have been there to let the girls in they are always professional and pleasant. One of the few services that has uniformed employees. Any special requests are handled. They go above and beyond to insure that I am satisfied. Will remain a customer for life!!!!!

I threw my money away

When I called to arrange for the cleaning I was told they were thorough. I needed my new home cleaned before I moved in. 2 girls showed up with dust rags, oven cleaner & a cheap vacuum. Within 40 minutes, the 2 girls told me they were finished. I had to send them back into the home two more times. Finally it was obvious that no matter how many times I sent them back to clean, they weren't going to do any more work. They tore up my carpet with their vacuum and one of the rather large ladies sat in a chair and broke it. I called the office to complain and they admitted the girl was large enough to break a chair, but denied ruining the carpet and only after saying I had a legal inspection document they admitted causing the damage. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy! I could go on and on about the poor cleaning job, but what's the point. How clean can a place get when all you have to clean with is dust rags & oven cleaner?
