My experience was a little different from the previous reviewer. Justice W. greeted and assisted me when I walked into the store. She was very pleasant, and humored me through all of my indecision in finding the "perfect" mattress. I came back to the store a second time still unsure of what I wanted to do, but she was still ready and willing to assist. I went with the Roosevelt Englander. Tara L, who was very down to earth, helped me fill out all the necessary paperwork for financing. I can't comment on the financing itself as I have not received my first bill yet. The owner, David (?), was able to work with his delivery guys and fit my delivery in on the same day I bought the mattress. That came as a surprise and it was nice to not have to sleep on my 15(+) year old mattress another night. As for the comfort of the mattress....ehhh...it's alright. I'm a combination of goldilocks and the princess and the pea so I'm difficult to please. The first night I noticed the middle of the mattress felt like it caved in too much. I rotated the mattress on the second night and it's not as bad. THOUGH, it is disappointing that I had to rotate it that soon. Overall, it was a good experience. I hate mattress shopping about as much as I hate bra shopping. It's difficult to find one that is comfortable, affordable, AND supportive. ;-)
I shopped all over town for pottery I needed for my front door. This was the only place I found my unique olive jars in the right color. The price was right and I even got a great discount. The store itself is loaded with distinctive interior decorations I have not seen anywhere else. Don't waste gas, like me, shop here first! Their customer service was wonderful. The jars I needed were coming in on their next order. I got a prompt call on arrival. They put drain holes in the jars at NC. Offered several ways to assist me--which were above and beyond my need. One jar did not make it home. Their boys securely tied both jars upright in the back of my truck. One worked its way loose...don't know exactly why because the knots were tight when we returned the broke one it was hard to untie the broken remains and the other jar was fine. The ride home was slow with no steep inclines, no sudden braking. Things just happen... They gave me the benefit of the doubt and replaced the broken jar at their loss. I could not afford to suffer the loss. I am so very grateful. I will be a return customer and bring as many customers with me. Some of my neighbors have already asked where I bought my jars. Thank you Drusilla Imports!
I walked into the store and was greeted by Hank McGuire (my kind of salesman- knowledgeable without being pushy.) After he showed me all of the couches, I told him I would come back as I was unsure if I really wanted a new couch. When I returned he remembered my name, answered all my questions, was cordial and friendly. I bought a 3 piece leather couch, and asked for it to be delivered the day after Thanksgiving. That morning, I called and was told the couch would be delivered between 11 and 1. At 12:45 the truck arrived. The men who delivered and set up the couch could not have been nicer. Later that day, Mr. McGuire called to see if I was happy. At 72, I have purchased lots of furniture, and this was the most pleasant transaction (from start to finish) I have ever made. 5 Stars for sure
