C Spire

This store in Batesville, Miss. has been the worst business I have ever encountered. I can't even pay a bill in the store due to lack of customer service, or because the machine doesn't work. I could walk in the store with $2,000 ready to spend in cash and still would not get any service from a rep. This is so frustrating and I want to get a home phone just so I never have to deal with C-Spire, Cell South ever again. This is ridiculous. Every time I have been in the store for the past yr I have had to walk out due to lack of assistance. The store has lost a lot of money from me due to the lack of help. I have never encountered a representative that can fix or even sell a phone for the ignorance in the store they work in. If I do get service they mess my phone up worse than it was before even entering the bldg. Now my phone is off bc I can't pay the bill online nor in the store. I am a very easy to get along with person, but I am going to Wal-Mart and never dealing with C-Spire again!
