James, the owner/manager does not know or understand how to take care of customers. Performed poor quality work, was 20 minutes late for our appointment after explicitly telling him I had another appointment that morning and assured me that he could accomodate our appointment. Then he decided to not finish the job I asked to be done stating that he was losing money on the work he was doing. Never gave me a chance to pay for the work but decided without my knowledge to only do half the work. Was rude to me on the phone and did not care to appease me.
