Bartlett City Hall is comprised of various departments, including finance, police, engineering, animal services, code enforcement, tax, water billing, personnel, and planning and economic development. It has a recreation and leisure department that provides a variety of sports activities, such as baseball, softball, basketball and volleyball. The city hall also includes the office of the city mayor. Bartlett City Hall s finance department offers several services related to accounting, budgeting, business licenses, information technology, payroll, accounts payable and purchasing. Its engineering department provides services in the areas of drawing files, planning, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, traffic, roads and capital improvement project management.
