        Worst customer service ever! T...

        Worst customer service ever! This was my first time using them. I tried to schedule an appointment and they told me they would have to check the schedule and get back to me. After 3 hours (how long does it really take to check a schedule, and who doesn't schedule while you are on the phone these days???) I called back to check the status. I was informed I had an appointment for a week out. Nice, considering a) they didn't call me back to tell of the appointment, b) I had told them i was out of propane. They clearly do not care about the customer. I will be having a new tank set and get a new provider that puts the needs of their customer first.
