        Was there..almost 2 weeks in Feb..2017..Terrible care..did not change bandage on open wound from surgery..as directed by Dr..everyday..In fection set in..had to go back to Mercy..never heard a thing from that Director..Honestly was a frightening experience there..when aides came in to empty colonosty bag..the pee and poop would go all over the bed..I was unable to walk at the time..I have always been a positive person..but it was so demeaning there..Still have dreams about the terrible experience..Have told many people..at the time I worked in healthcare..would not give any rating but 0..D Cooke

        Bad food indifferent staff. Getting my dad out of there. Wouldn't let him sit outside in sunshine - no one had the door lock "combination"!!!!
