I drive from Shepherdsville to take my kids here great Dr. Pregnant now will again

Staff is great about getting my kids in ASAP as well as always able to refill prescription request timely. Has been a relief to find a good dr. Office without having to leave town. My children also are very fond of the physician Dr Block!

Stay away from this place. Staff is rude office manager is lazy and dishonest. They dump all nine of my kids because I spoke my mind when they didn't call in meds. If your not going to do your job don't get mad when somebody calls you out on it.

I absolutely love physicians to children, Dr. Stan Block is the best!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!!! I have 2 children and thought this place seemed perfect. They were friendly at first and seemed clean and friendly. After a year of taking them in for check-ups and sick visits, I figured out this place is not what it seems. First, my son had 9 ear infections in 6 months and I requested them consider ear tubes... to which they denied. My daughter had strep throat and they didnt even consider testing her brother, even after I asked. They told me I would have to make an additional appointment for him, even though I had him there with me. To top it off, I was late for an appointment by 10 minutes, I called to let them know I was running behind and would be there. Once I got there they told me I would have to reschedule- my child had a fever of 102.5 and they refused to see him because I was 10 minutes late. If you miss or are late for 3 appointments within a year they will refuse to see you also. This place is all about getting your money and not at all about helping your kids! Take them elsewhere please!!!

The practice is good but stay away from Dr. Stanley Block. My son, who had an ear infection, was sent to Kosair and kept for 3 days. Dr. Block said his white count was elevated and that he needed to go ASAP. This was prior to saying he had a "wicked" bilateral ear infection. He wouldn't give an antibiotic so I had no choice to go for at least antibiotics. At Kosair they drew blood, did a spinal tap, and did a chest x-ray. The pain that my 3 month old went through was completely unnecessary. Final results of that horrible 3 day stay at Kosair was...ear infection. I have no words for how angry this experience has made me but I want to warn other parents about Dr. Stanley Block because I would hate for this to happen to another child.

They are very unprofessional! My son had bronchus and could hardly breath. They looked at him, never touched him, never did one test! I left there and took him to the ER where he had to have breathing treatments and steroid injection! After that I removed all 3 of my sons from their care!
