This is the last time I will ever go to this store. I have had it. I never make complaints, but every single time I go to this Wendy's there is a mistake on my order. Not only did we have to wait approximately 15 minutes in drive thru, but when I received my order it was messed up. Shocker right. If my order is always messed up from this store, why should I expect it to be right this time? I guess I thought it was just the employees that made my orders the last few times. Now I'm starting to believe it's just poor management at this store. I don't even know why we had to wait so long in drive thru. There was no other customers in front or behind me. I didn't even make a scene about my order, but if I don't get this off my chest I won't be able to sleep tonight. Last time I was at this store they were out of napkins and were handing out paper towels from the bathroom. I want to note that they were not busy during my last visit either. The customer in front of us returned to the counter complaining that they made there burger incompletely. I followed right behind them because they also forgot to put cheese in my chili. On my receipt, I was charged for cheese. Same mistake this time, I was charged cheese yet there is none in my chili. The meat wasn't even ground enough, I nearly had full chunks of patties in my chili. I asked for Spicy Wraps, yet I get Caesar Wraps. It's like I get the opposite of whatever I ask for every time. "Quality is our recipe", but not the recipe of this store. I don't believe this store is up to standards. I believe this store is bringing discredit to the Wendy's International LLC. Not only will I never visit this store again, but I will strongly encourage that no one else visits this store.
