Our Sears repairman, David, was very professional, as well as personable. He explained the problem and how he would fix it. He offered many other advantage options (one that we took advantage of), but never was pushy. We would definitely get Sears Appliance Repair again!

When you spend $2200 on an appliance, you expect it to last more than a year and a half. Unfortunately, just six months past the warranty, the motherboard of our Kenmore fridge had to replaced for an additional $500. Not only that, but the technician showed up to evaluate the problem and had to order a part and return at a later date. Sears should really be able to stand behind the products they sell, especially at such high costs. Several hours on the phone with people who had difficulty understanding my problem and no solution to the problem left us very dissatisfied. It certainly makes me want to purchase items in the future with no bells and whistles since they seem to be much more reliable and much less expensive.

Very pleased with all areas. Technician was very helpful and informed me of ways I could make my appliances last longer.

5 compressors later and 4 months thru both Thanksgiving and Christmas without any care from both Sears and their unless technician, I had to purchase a new set. Terrible service!
