Affordable Floral

I received flowers today for my aunt as a christmas present. I don't think i've ever been so disappointed with a flower order ever!!! It was suppose to be there Holiday Flower tree,ONE OF THERE BEST SELLERS!! i got the large one thinking what an awesome present.. When my aunt received it this morning it look nothing like the tree online, this was so awful!!! it looked like a child had put it together,, i was so shocked to spend 100 dollars this close to christmas to be this upset..I wish i had read some reviews before sending, i would have saved myself from this heartbreak!! So i contacted 1-800 flowers only to be told we are sorry but we use local florists, so i ask to speak to the local florist, so they transferred me to a company called AFFORDABLE FLORAL, in BARBOURSVILLE, WEST VIRGINIA..I was then told that they didn't have the things to make the tree so they improvised , IMPROVISED!!! ON A 100 TREE!! why not turn the order down if you didn't have the things to make it with!! Then i was told did i wish them to go pick it up at my aunts house an they refund my money!!! oh my gosh HOW STUPID!! they were so so rude with me..What a scam these flower places are..From now on i'll be using a local florist close to where i'll be sending, these other companies are just the middleman, BUYERS BEWARE!! If i could give a zero STAR i would!!!

They are an amazing florist with friendly customer service. Wow the flowers I ordered from out of state were perfect above what I expected I will definitely use them again!!!
