Horrible service. Took my car iny to get check engine light diagnosed and they lied about several services the car needed. When I declined one of the services, a $1700 service the apparently got mad and deciced not to fix my car but still charged me for it. I saw for myself that the exhaust system didn't need any work but they acted as if my car would be damaged if I drove it that way. I will never go back and will not be purchasing any more Toyota products. Complete crooks.

Went to Advantage to check out gas efficient vehicles. My 14 year old Toyota Sienna van was running great but was not gas efficient. Talked to a gentleman named Matt Turley and he showed me several vehicles based on what I said I wanted in a vehicle. His knowledge of their inventory and product comparisons allowed me to make an informed decision. I purchased a two year old certified toyota hybrid Camry. Since then I have been very happy with my updated vehicle especially with the navigation system and backup camera. I have no worries since this car came with six more years on it's bumper to bumper warranty. Thanks Matt.

After attempting to lease a hynundai at Dutch Miller, I left angry because Dutch Miller said my credit wasn't good enough to get the "good" lease rate and said I'd have to pay 65 more dollars per month than advertised. I left angry because they tried to shame me into purchasing the car at a higher price. But this is supposed to be about Advantage Toyota so I'll spare you of the rest. Now, I called advantage Toyota to just see if I could get a better payment. Lee, finance manager, answered my call first. I told Lee I wanted a 199 per month lease on a camry but if I didn't qualify for that I'd take under 250. This part is AMAZING! Lee calls me back and using the same 3k down I was gonna use at Hyundai, my payment was quoted at 139 dollars per month! I said no way! Yes they could easily have made my payment 225 and I'd have been happy and they would have made a few thousand more. Oh yes, they never added a cent but gave me every incentive and dropped price below invoice. I bought two!

i bought my very first brand new car here and the service is amazing...they treat you like real people not just customers. I will always go back to them and have reccomended them to all my friends and family. Corky is the best salesman, ask for him!!

Notably good service experience

The owner and service man were very helpful, kind and prompt in addressing the issue with my car on 3/21 and 3/22. I was very pleased with the service and politeness that was shown on both days. This was the best service that I have ever received from the dealership and I always come here. Just wanted to thank you again for the great service and it is nice to see the owner truly caring. My concerns were immediately addressed by the owner himself and then the seviceman that looked at my car was very nice and explained the problem well. Much appreciated.
