        My family and I were on vacation in the Dells at Mt. Olympus over Easter weekend, when I lost my key that Friday night. Being out of town from Iowa and no way to get in my vehicle or get home we were in panic mode. Thank goodness for good people, internet and a smart phone. I made some calls to the local Dodge dealerships in the local area and I could not get any help. I had to have a key, but It had to be programmed and the dealerships could not help me. They either had a key or no one to program it and being a Saturday everything closes early. Finally found a dealership I believe it was Hills Ford/Dodge in Portage Wisconsin. The parts person Who I only know as "Rick" told me he new a guy who he has worked with all the time that could help me. So I called Dave at A-1 Lock & Security LLC and he happened to have a key for my Dodge Nitro. Long story short he came right out to Mt. Olympus and programmed a key for me and saved the day, vacation, and made an 8 year old very happy!!! Dave Sherven has a mobile service and is outstanding and very professional. Not only that but he did the job and did it quickly. He also new his job profession beyond belief. I would highly recommend his service and the quality of his service and attentiveness to details was unmatched. He saved my vacation and we ended up having a great time.
