        unhappy consumer

        Dealt with them on an estate clearance for a relative. Didn't mind the huge comission price but when everything of value went missing thats when we knew we should of went with our gut instinct. Other auctioneers were less comission and likely more ethical. With the second generation it seems like its run more like a pawn shop where greed over-rules business ethics.
