        Tire Warehouse lost my tires and basically told me I was out of luck. I had four snow tires delivered to Tire Warehouse from TireBuyer.com, and I got them early so availability wouldn't be a problem. Nowhere was it indicated they'd only hold the tires for 30 days, but that's what they told me when I called over 30 days later. They said they "sent them back," but TireBuyer has no record of receiving them.



        Tire Warehouse told me this is their company policy - too bad no one ever told me that. For these guys (an official TireBuyer installer) not to call before sending my tires who knows where, was unprofessional. I won't be using them again. Thankfully TireBuyer has better customer service and is sending new tires.

        The crew here is the greatest. They are all knowledgable in what they do & seem to enjoy what they do. Their prices are competitive but their great customer service keeps clients.
