This hotel was incredibly expensive. It was nice, but not as nice as what they are charging. Our room cost $300+ a night. The rooms are a little small. They are clean and updated. The minifridge did not work, nor did the A/C seem to work. We switched rooms twice only to find the A/C worked poorly in all three rooms. It was 90+ degrees during our stay but the room did not get below 78 degrees for the entire stay which was 5 nights. The pool is small and there was no whirlpool. One of the main reasons we stayed here was the pool, and it was entirely closed for different reasons 2 of the 5 days. The exercise room was nice. When we complained, the manager was thoughtful and apologetic, and offered to give us a free night or dinner worth $200. for our troubles. It was an okay stay all in all. If it is 90+ degrees, stay elsewhere.

Our stay was unplanned but glad we chose this hotel. No problems to Inner Harbor. Several eating establishments within their block or a few minutes’ walk. The front desk staff was SO HELPFUL with trying to get some things printed for me even though business center printer was out of order. I would stay here again. Basic room, but fairly new - has TV, free Wi-Fi, good mattress.
Our daughter sent us there for Mother's Day recently and boy were we surprised. Everything was far beyond anything we could have asked for. The room was just gorgeous, the staff was so friendly, warm and the breakfast was absolutely the best we've had in a long time. Even the bed was so comfortable. Hannah & Eric Belcher Baltimore
