        bad customer service

        I was totally disappointed when i was told in a harsh tone i could not put some toys on layaway. I was told the boxes

        were to big and the sales person working the area had no room to store the items. My understanding is if you offer

        layaway and had limit space I should have been told that, not the boxes were to large. This is the closes k mart to me.

        And i was looking forward to using your layaway plan. I don't know what to do now. I enjoy shopping and getting the

        bargains and it saves me a lot of money, there are not a lot of stores offering a layaway plan so i was over joyed when

        i saw the advertisement .















        Sincerely I don't know what to do now

        This would have been a great time saver to start

        off my Christmas
