All i can say is if we were from the "" NEW "" hotel we would have gotten alot better service .They whole staff snapped into gear once they got the call that people from the new hotel were coming. The manager was on the ball, she knew her stuff! The resturant staff- cooks and servers-were very unprofessional. they argued frequently, which happens in the resturant buisness, but they did it in front of paying costomers. Th e wait staff had some issues. They had a great deal of trouble understanding and speaking the English language. we sat for 10 minutes and there were at least 3 screw ups on the order taking at our table as well as the table behind us. The 'bloody mary' I received tasted more like a 'pepper mary' and my daughter ordered corn flakes, received frosted flakes and we were charged for lucky charms. hmmmm.....sensing a problem?
