        I have to say that I'm a huge fan of the Brio happy-hour. I love this restaurant with its inner harbor location along the Charm'tastic Mile. They have the peppered shrimp with eggplant, the flatbread pizza, burger & the amazing carpaccio on its happy-hour menu. Their cocktail menu is highlighted with my favorite a Maker's Mark Manhattan. Their entre selections are superb as well. I highly rate this place.

        Went to Bio for their happy-hour and was amazed by the food, cocktails and wine selections. The Shrimp and Eggplant with peppered cream sauce was delightful. The Carpaccio is out of this world. They offer Maker's Mark Manhattans and BlackBerry Cosmo's. Very nice staff.
