The Baltimorean Apartments are within walking distance of Johns Hopkins University, the Baltimore Museum of Art, Union Memorial Hospital and the shuttle service to the Johns Hopkins Medical Campus. We offer 65 apartments with a variety of floor plans to choose from. All apartments come with all utilities included except for electricity and we offer free wireless internet in all guest rooms and the lobby area. Renovation has been done including the main lobby, kitchens and bathrooms. Amenities include a limited number of vacuum cleaners, cots, dishes and other items that are available for tenants to borrow. We also have a number of microwaves, TVs, air conditioners, dishes and linens etc. for sale or for rent. An exercise room, which includes a treadmill, elliptical, multi-station weight machine, abs/back machine and exercise bike is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. A coin-operated laundry room is located on the ground floor behind the lobby. The laundry room is open daily 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. as well. A large garden is located in the center of the building in the courtyard with flowers blooming for approximately 6 months per year (May-October). We also offer 24 hour emergency service for all tenants.
