I TRIED TO GIVE THIS COMPANY A 0 STAR RATING BUT IT WOULDNT LET ME. ONE STAR IS ENTIRELY TOO MANY FOR WHAT I EXPERIENCED WITH THEM. RUDE AS HELL, DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. SAVE YOUR MONEY, AND CALL A FRIEND TO TAKE YOU. I AM CURRENTLY IN THE MIDDLE OF REPORTING THIS COMPANY TO THE BALTIMORE COUNTY POLICE DEPARTMENT. BE SURE THEY WILL NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR TIME. SAID THEY WOULD BE AT MY LOCATION IN 15 MINUTES LITERALLY 1 HOUR LATER ASKED TO CONFIRM THE ADDRESS.. HUNG UP ON ME MULTIPLE TIMES AS WELL HAD NO SYMPATHY FOR THEIR LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM; WHICH SHOWS ME THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS THEREFORE I AM ENSURING THEY WILL NOT BE.

I had the unfortunate experience of using this cab company at the Port of Baltimore Terminol where they were lined up (a regular occurance I'm sure) to give rides to departing passengers. Cab 613 with license plate 473 99B picked us up on 9/8/11. As soon as we got in and told the driver we were going to Canton (a 10 mile drive at the most), he hit the gas, said the meter was broke, it was a flat rate $25 fee, and refused to let us out. I truely felt kidnapped. I've been a Baltimore resident all of my life and this was such a disappointment to come home to. I don't know who to complain to, or if the city even cares, but this is crazy. AVOID THEM AT ALLLL COST!!!

Fix Your Meters
I rode in cab # 875 today, and the driver charged me $14 in minimal traffic for a trip that should have cost $6 (and that is, indeed, how much it cost for me to go home by the same route 10 minutes later). When I attempted to engage in a dialog with the driver, he ignored me and continued talking on his cell phone. I have been in cabs that have tampered-with meters before, but this was by far the most egregious instance. Avoid these yellow and blue cabs at all costs.

Terrible service
I was in cab 453 today at 1 PM on Oct. 6 at BWI. the driver did not have change for my fare nor did he have any receipts. The service was horrible and should be reported to the city for corrective action.
