scheduled for the MORNING...asked to be the FIRST ONE on the list. Promised they would TRY. Service personnel came at 4 PM in the AFTERNOON. Fixed washer but only gave me a 20% discount for being LATE. Service personnel was professional and polite...just wish they had CALLED and kept me aware of the time of arrival. Lost an entire of work - PLUS A VERY LARGE REPAIR BILL. Phone person was very unsympathetic - no compassion. Bordering on rude....BUT tried to sell me an insurance package! Can't be on time but can sell you an insurance package???? Really????
I had an appointment for 10 am to 2 pm. I started getting notices around noon that I could expect service between 2:45 and 4:45. It then varied thru the afternoon but eventually they came at 3:20 after the serviceman called me at 2:15 saying he would be there in 20-25 minutes. When they finally arrived, they were very professional and fixed my washer. I do not understand why they even make appointments when they pay no attention to the time.
Steve, the technician,is awesome. This is the 2nd time I used them and I love them. First time It was my washer....fixed it. This time it was my oven....fixed it. I actually think it works better than the day I purchased it. This is the only appliance repair that I will ever call.....fantastic. I would recommend stara appliance to anyone that needs appliance repairs... Thanks again Steve.
