This is a response to the review by GMrtn. This customer did receive the wrong item due to a shipper error. However, he filed this complaint within an hour of having received it after leaving us a voicemail, but before even speaking with us to see what we would do about it. We never hid behind our shipping policy. In fact, we were able to locate the correct bookcase and have it forwarded to him, so he received it shortly thereafter. As for the incorrect bookcase that was sent to him, he was able to keep it for free. Another bookcase was quickly rebuilt to replace it and sent to the customer it was supposed to have gone to. Unfortunately, some people are too quick to complain. We always strive to provide top-notch customer service even when unexpected errors by the shipper or the manufacturer occur. This is a response to the review by ppugs. We previously had some quality-control issues with products coming from our ready-to-assemble cabinet manufacturer. However, to ensure that our customers only receive quality products, we have since stopped selling this product and now focus only on fully assembled cabinetry. For this customer, we provided the missing parts within a timely manner to ensure the cabinet met his needs.
