Storm Solutions Roofing & Contracting

I must admit I was a bit apprehensive after hearing the horror stories about roofing companies following the storm last year. So I postponed doing any work. Thankful I saw a local sign go up in my neighborhood. Storm Solutions recently moved in and I decided to knock on their door. What a pleasant surpise! Jeff and his team walked me through the process and even handled the insurance paperwork! Our roof was completed in a day. Overall a fantastic experience not like what I had heard on local news last year. Thanks Jeff!

The roof is what we ordered. The installers and clean up where good. Showed up as promised. A few details had to be worked out but once those where taken care of everything now seems alright.

I recently wrote a bad review about Storm Solutions. I want to share with you that since my review Jeff agreed to fix the last detail that we had a miscommunication about. Within 5 days they came over and fixed it and now my entire roof and gutters looks great. They did an excellent job and the guys had it done and cleaned up in one day. I was pleased that I never found one single nail which was a concern of mine. I would recommend them, they are a family owned business and its always good to support family businesses. Especially when they do a good job.

We were in the Good Friday tornado AND a year later the big hail storm, so 2 stressful events that came awfully close together. Being totally disgusted with the "Big Box" (so to speak) contracting companies inability to follow through, a friend recommended Storm Solutions. What a pleasant surprise and a pleasure to do business with. Our new roof was installed exactly when promised, and the saleman gave me the exact shingle I had requested from THE OTHER PLACE, which they claimed they couldn't get it. The customer service was outstanding & my roof is exactly how I hoped it would look. Thanks S/S for a job well done. And thanks for going the extra mile.

They did an outstanding job. We had storm damage to our entire home from the April hail storm. We called Storm Solutions and thank goodness they were at my house that very same day. Jeff made me feel so at ease in the chaos of our damaged home. The crew completely tore off and replaced our brand new roof 3 days later as if the storm had never happened! Fantastic service and I would highly recommend this local family run business.
