        After spending over $5,000 to have lost of work done, including replacing a bad hub, the car went in for a tuneup and a thermostat, for which the owner informed me that the gaskets were bad and had to be replaced. Told him not to repair the car, I would pick it up. The owner informed me that the tuneup (plugs, wires, etc) was completed and therefore he was paid for the services. The car was taken to a reputable dealership & the thermostat was repaired. NO problems with the gaskets. Six months later the car is running horribly. Took to the dealer and was told needed a tuneup (plugs, wires) and that the hub that Complete was paid to repair had not been. The dealer gave me the parts that Complete had reportedly replaced. Complete has refused to refund the money they received for the work they did not do. Tried to complain to both the ASA and ASE only to find out they are not associated and fraudently advertising they are by the signs. DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SHOP.

        Good quality for the price as well as honesty you can count on,

        My daughter's car was taken care of and the honesty they showed me was wonderful. They got to the bottom of things without it costing me alot of money.
