Certified Transmission

I got my transmission fix but it took a lot of wrangling to get them to do it the way that I want it, and not the way that they wanted. I was not satisfied. shifted to rough. they kept telling me this is what everybody else gets. well I'm not everybody else I want it smooth. I want it back like it was before it broke. so lack communication they say, but I think it's a lack of listening that was the real problem. following basic instructions which cost me extra money for rental car. that should not have been. all of which is because they weren't listening. so they fixed it. still it left a bad taste in my mouth and i don't think I would go back.
