Mercers Mill Apartments in Baldwinsville,NY are very nice.The office & maintenence personal are very nice & helpful.They are in the middle of doing renovations to both the interiors & exteriors of the 10 buildings & things are looking great! Clean people have clean apartments.Disgusting people have disgusting apartments.The complex is not responsible to come in and clean your apartment for you! If in need of maintenence all you have to do is ask & John is knocking on your door promptly.My wife,our 2 Sons and myself have enjoyed living here for the past 11 years.So whoever said it is a disgusting place must live like a pig!

This apartment complex is disgusting. The owners are fixing up the outside to make it appear nice yet are ignoring the needs of the tenants. There are numerous things that need to be tended to regarding the inside of the buildings. This complex is subsidized and the management treats their residents like trash. DONT MOVE HERE. If you do you will regret it!
