Considering the large number of homes and multi-family units Able manages for all owners throughout Bakersfield, there is probably a lot of pressure from a workload standpoint on your relatively small staff. In response to that, most of our contact with the office staff have been with a couple people. They have all gone out of their way to help in any way possible and we are truly grateful for the assistance. And although we have not done a competitive survey as far as Able’s pricing compared to other property management firms, we consider Able’s fees very reasonable. Thank you for your continued service.
The people I’ve come in contact with are friendly and cordial. When I had an issue with a lost rent check they gave me the benefit of the doubt and worked with me to get it taken care of. I think they could tell I was quite anxious and nervous but they did their best to put my mind at ease. The missing check was found, mistakenly filed away when it shouldn’t have been. I was assured this wasn’t going to happen again and I believe them. Mistakes happen, but it’s how people react and deal with mishaps that speak volumes about their company.
