Today, July 29, 2014, at 03:10 PM PST, in Oildale, Bakersfield, California 93308, at the Victor and Olive eastbound #61 GET Bus Stop, a The Taxi U-turned from the Olive Drive westbound lane directly into the Olive Drive eastbound lane, passing me, heading east.
