I had not made note of this review prior to using knights. I highly suggest using any other company. We have had so many problems since the day they sent their technician out. In addition their supervisor have not been willing to take any accountability for the incomplete service done by their employee. On 12/7/17 they came out and not only were no issues reported the driver did not pump the tank completely. We are currently trying to have a full refund made. I have contacted the better business bureau and my credit card company. As a homeowner I advise you to choose someone else. It has resulted in us paying out so much for plumbing and ultimately a second company to come fix knights mistake.

I had a very bad experience with this company. I will not be calling them for any service in the future. And, no, I am not a competitor. I am someone that was done very badly by them.
