        Overall

        Employees seem incompetent to even so much as answer a phone and transfer family members to loved ones. I have called twice tonight(i understand it's easter) but first call rang over 10 mins before I hung up. I am currently at 9 mins ringing and still nothing. VERY UPSET

        I have a private home health business and have had two clients stay for a short period of time (thankfully) in this facility, both were discharged with bedsores and skin breakdown due to poor care.
