After driving to Bakersfield to visit my friend my lower back was killing me. My friend recommended I get a massage. I've never been to a massage parlor before but this place was a nice surprise. It was clean and friendly and very professional. The girl spent a good portion of the time on my lower back and worked out all the kinks. The only negative was the language barrier. I'm not quite sure she understood what I was saying but when I showed her where my back hurt she did focus on this area. It was $55 for the hour massage but was well worth it in the end.

I have been going to Great Hands Massage Therapy for about 10+ years whenever I am in town and in that time I must say Debbie gives the best massages. As a mother to two and a husband who is in the military and gone from time to time, this mother needs her moments of peace and relaxation and that's exactly what I get. Debbie relieves so much tension and stress from my back and shoulders and I'm so grateful for her. I will continue to go back to her every chance I am in town and refer her to my friends and family.
I hurt my back at work. Bakersfield Spa was recommended by a friend. I was very sore and it was hard to get up and out bed or a chair. Scott was my massage therapist. He's very personable and has great hands. Not to soft not to hard. I had a 1 hour massage, he worked out all my kinks from neck to my toes, even helped with the sinus headache I had. I will be going back weekly. I recommend Bakersfield Spa and Scott whole heartedly . It was a great experience.
