        Worst customer service, and their products are junk. Paid loveseat and sofa, ripped seams within a year. We tried to seek help repairing the four inch issue that was barely two weeks past the one year warranty, and were told ‘we would have to bring that in to do the work, and I’m not going to do that’. Go to Carpet One. They are amazing.
