        A few years ago I used to visit this place often for their salad pizza. One day I happened to notice something foreign on the slice. I showed the gentleman behind the counter, in a discreet manner, that there was something on the pizza. At first he denied that this was the case, and tried to pass it off as oven residue. I'm not even sure what that is. After I pointed out the wings that the oven residue possessed, he brought over his manager. I showed the manager and he turned to me and said, "So what do you want me to do about it?" I didn't know how to answer. Having worked in the restaurant business before, and this is not how I would handle the situation. All I could say was, just make sure in the future that you wash the lettuce in a more thorough manner. He said he could not prevent situations like these. That secured the fact that I was never to return. He never offered me another slice (I had only taken two bites) or a refund. I didn't bother to ask, he was being completely not professional. I don't know if my young face made him feel like he could treat me in that manner, but I've made sure to tell everyone I know who eats there to avoid it in the future. My advice for that manager: be more professional and wash your lettuce!
