I went and viewed the property and was very impressed with that way it looked. However, the office staff is terrible. We have had so many issues trying to get a hold of this company to sign up for our wedding. They had on their voicemail they were going on vacation(Understandable) but what was the reason we couldn’t get a call/email back prior to them going on vacation? Due to the scheduling issues on their end, we are very hesitant and will not be doing business with this company as they are not reliable at all and I don’t want to have to worry about that on my wedding day. I called to make a complaint about the poor service we have received and a woman named Carmen (Said she was the owner) was absolutely terrible and rude on the phone. She made no attempt to rectify the situation, therefore, please be very aware of this in case you decide to go with this business. I’m sure this is the last thing someone wants to deal with on their very special occasion. If I could leave a negative star I would.

Thank you so much for everything you did for Dan and I on our wedding day! Everything looked so beautiful and we feel that you went above and beyond our expectations. The place is gorgeous and a perfect backdrop for any occasion, from the table linens to the elegant centerpieces. Our guests were impressed by the courtyard, fountain, and all over beauty of the outdoors area. The inside was equally as impressive and all of my guests asked about the accommodations. When I told them that everything was included and how helpful you were, they were even more impressed! Your staff was very friendly and extremely helpful! The catering was amazing and many people asked if we had a restaurant prepare the food. Our friends and family had such a wonderful time and we were so happy to have found you and your amazing business. May 2011 - It’s been less than a week since our daughter’s wedding and reception. We can’t thank the EVRC, enough for the wonderful job they did.The hall looked spectacular! Our daughter kept saying, “it’s awesome”. The food was delicious. We ordered the Chicken Parmesan with spaghetti, fresh green beans with a garden salad. We received several compliments on it, hearing from one person it was the best Chicken Parmesan they'd ever had. We were especially appreciative of Carmen’s assistance with the dress rehearsal; making sure we were in the right place and entering and existing on queue. When the actual wedding took place it went off without a glitch, leaving us to truly enjoy the ceremony and feel the couple’s love. But more important than the food and the beautiful reception hall, was how happy our daughter was. I would not hesitate to recommend EVRC to anyone and if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't have changed a thing.

To the bride on October 24 th 2010. I was a bride looking at the venue that morning and witness what she claims happen that day. This is a perfect example of what people will do to try to get something for free. CARMEN and Danny tried to accomodate the overexagerating bridezilla but there was no satisfying her no matter what they did. The wedding decor was beautiful and the venue looked great. I booked my wedding for next year and can't wait. I know I'm in good hands!

I was SO SO SO dissapointed in this place. I recently had my wedding there and Carmen was REALLY nice up until the morning of my wedding all my table linens were the wrong color except the head table (that was the only thing that was right) She did nothing but tell me there was nothing she could do. I needed chairs moved to accomidate my seating chart and she got in a screaming match with me telling me I couldn't move them because it had to be done 2 days in advance. I simply MY FAMILY would move them around and she wouldn't have to so anything, she then turned around and walked into the kitchen!!! The only thing I think that keeps this place in business is her husband Danny. He is amazing and was making an honest attempt to help fix all the mistakes that were made. She did nothing but argue with me and talk down to me. This place is ridiculous and I think for all the money that we paid we should have gotten what we paid for and that just did NOT happen. I found the owners to be very gracious and willing to meet all of my requests. Food was excellent and staff was more than friendly and willing to please. I had an overall wonderful experience at this venue and will certainly keep them in mind for future events.
