Damaged valve caps: The manager of the store Adam called me after I dropped off my car. He told me that my valve caps were seized. After further inspection it appeared that the technicians had damaged all four valve caps. The valve caps that came with the car had a bolt-style head to make them easy to take off (pictured below). When I got back to the store to get my car the valve caps were damaged with tool marks and the bolt style head had been stripped off. The manager (Adam) refused to acknowledge that he had done any damage to the car. Very unprofessional, I would not recommend Tire Barn in Avon IN to ANYONE... EVER.

I recently took my flat tire back to the Avon In store for repair. I had been shopping and when I came out of the storenoticed my tire being flat. I immediately put on the spare and drove to the Tire Barn where I had purchased my tires (Along with the road hazard warranty) The service person came out and showed me that my tire had shredded on the INSIDE, which I was told by the manager, was from driving while flat. There is no way I could have driven any legth of time on the flat tire, but they refused the road hazard warranty and charged me for a new tire. When I asked them if they could tell me how far I had driven on the flat, they couldn't tell me. I would not recommend this company to anyone as I see this as a way for the store manager to increase the store revenue and thus increase his bonus. In my opinion, this is shoddy customer service to say the least. If you are thinking of buying tires in the future, I would recommend going elsewhere, or not paying for the road hazard warranty as they seen to find ways not to honor it.
