Hoosier Tent & Party Rental

I can not strongly enough reconment to anyone out there to never even in the most desprate of situations not to use this company for anything. Being the only one available for a graduation party, we rented tables and chairs from them. The party was on sunday and everything had to be back monday morning so after an all day event we loaded everything up. and for arriving an hour late for drop off they charged me double. They were rude and hateful If you should chose to use them know that the first chance they get to screw you over the will. Note that their hour late fee cost me 190 dollars.Dont ever use them.

I agree with the previous post. Do not use this company if you are expecting quality customer service. The company delivered the items to the wrong address, then refused to move the items without charging us an additional $60 delivery fee. The woman with whom I spoke was very rude and even hung up on me. When I requested to speak to a manager, she stated the owner was her stepfather and was certain he would have the same opinion. Needless to say, he never called. However, another individial from the company called who agreed to only charge us $30 to have the items moved. Upon reviewing our bank account the following week, they did not follow through with this and charged us the full $60. I will never use this company again.

We had a family reunion in Summer 2009 and Hoosier Tent worked with the Park where the reunion was held and helped us coordinate the delivery and space. What a great company to work with!

Equiptment was satisfactory, however service was far less than satisfactory. We left all equiptment was left in the same location as dropped off and they apparently couldn't find several chairs and a table. When my husband left work and went to the location, the table was sitting where we told them it would be. They were very unprofessional in handling this situation. They refused to offer any kind of compensation for my husband having to drive to the location to find the table for them in the exact location we told them it would be, which is where they left it for us. They told us they would charge us $150 for a 4 foot round table if they couldn't find it. They were also caught in two different lies. Very disappointing customer service.
