We have used Avon Shoe repair for years and have always been very pleased with their work. But today our experience was extraordinary. The owner worked on a ripped leather purse while I waited and after his stitching, etc. to complete the repair, he waved his hand and said "no charge."

Brought them my purse to have them fix the strap that broke off. They charged me $15 to reattach the strap. When I picked up the purse. The strap had been put on twisted and parts of the vinyl covering had been peeled off. They destroyed the bag where the strap was reattached. Do not go to them if you need high quality work. They are rude, have terrible customer service, and do a terrible job. If you want to be scammed out of money, this is the place for you
