I could not have been more disappointed. I have been visited by the Fast Care doctor who made me do an exam of the urine which was very important for me, because I had a urinary tract infection. I paid the bill and then called Fast care every day for a week to get the results, which were never ready. It turned out that they hadn't carried out the exam at all and they kept me waiting a week, making me loose precious time for my health. I am really mad and I suggest everybody who has health problems not to use Fast Care.

Great customer service from check in to check out.Dr. Chris was very personable and caring in regards to my visit and severe pain I was in. Took good care of me and started pain medicine right in the office. Very Grateful. First visit to any Urgent Care and this will be the one from now on should need arise. Thank you all at Fast Care!

The doc and nurses saw us right away and started a treatment. However, a young woman named Judith at the front was hounding us about paper work while the treatment was still in process. Wanted to smack her.

While vacationing in Aventura FL, my husband got sick and I took him to Fast Care. I would definitively come back . The doctors and nurses were very attentive, knowledgeable, they ran all the necessary tests and called every day for the five following days to see how my husband was doing. The facilities were nice and clean. To the only person who wrote the bad review, I understand your friend may have had a bad experience but please do not annul the reviews of the rest of us.

The treatment was very nice, professional and quick from the moment I came to the window. The staff was very professional and the doctor very knowledgeable. I was in and out in less than one hour. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family (i had gone to the Aventura hospital ER and they were the ones that recommended this clinic!) it turns out I had a respiratory infection. They saw me on Sunday, by Monday I was at work!
