Kane Appraisal

My lender ordered an appraisal with them more than two weeks ago. They were told this is an urgent matter because we have very limited time frame. I am buying a condo in a complex where several almost identical comparables were sold during last half a year. They are still doing that appraisal. We called them several times but they refuse to provide any estimated time when it will be done or reasons of delay. I am very frustrated about their service.
