I love sushi and am a frequent customer of Mikado's. My family and I go their twice a month. The staff is so friendly and make you feel very welcome. The same sushi chef has been their for the past 4 years and he is excellent. My favorite roll is the Out of Control roll which has Salmon, Eel, white fish, and Tuna wrapped around the top with shrimp tempura, avacado, and veggies in the center. It is a must have. My husband like the Fuji Yama roll which has crab meat and scallops blended with a crunchy volcano topping- it is spicy but good. There are other fabulous dishes besides sushi. We usually get Nabeyaki Udon which is a wonderful soup dish with udon noodles, eggs, chicken, veggies in a wonderful broth served with shrimp tempura. It feeds two people, it is so big and hearty. The fried rice is excellent, the chicken teriyaki is great, the gyoza is wonderful, just can't say enough about this place. Check it out for yourself.

This is my favorite place when I am in the mood for sushi at lunch during the week. Regardless if you eat there or choose take out, the food and service are always excellent and quick. Where else can you get two 8-piece sushi rolls and a soup/drink for under $7.00? They definitely have the best lunch sushi deal in town and parking is available right next to the building! I have been a Bikkuri regular for years and I never had a bad experience. They offer a nice sushi variety and have very reasonable prices. No order is too large or too small and they always have it ready at the time you want it (I usually call ahead to pick it up). Not too long ago, they introduced their own website, check it out: www.bikkurisushi.com
I own a restaurant and live in Los Angeles, a city with a rich history of famous sushi restaurants. I am passionate about all food, but particularly sushi. Shari is by far one of the best sushi experiences I have ever had. On my last trip to Orlando, I ate there three times in one week. It was a bit crowded and twice we did have to wait for our table, but we were able to sit at the bar and have a cocktail. I was so impressed with the quality of the fish and the creativity of the dishes, I had to come back for more. I suggest getting off the beaten path (of the menu) and explore the other stuff. I found the service to be refreshingly good and plan to take my clients there again on my next trip.
