Purchased a new Victory Gunner from them and am very pleased with overall experience. My first contact with Napalm was a salesman named Daniel. He took time to answer all questions. I purchased this Motorcycle sight unseen from 240 miles away, I could of dealt closer to home but the way these two talked with me and kept me informed was great. The walk around on the motorcycle with the lead mechanic was extremely informing. It could not of been better. And one last comment about Daniel, he was the first person I spoke with on this purchase, and the last person that shook my hand as I drove off the lot. He did take care of me.Thanks Daniel, the bike is AWESOME!!!!
This is what a motorcycle shop should be. I'm always in there for parts or maintenance goods. I can name everybody who works there, I never get any attitude and best of all, even when I go in with an obscure question or small part request that I'm sure will have to be ordered from Italy and take 2 years to get hold of they're always able to immediately identify it and usually pull it from the back. That's very impressive for a bike shop these days, most of them have turned in to corporate chains with clueless fools for mechanics and salesmen and the ones that haven't just don't seem to have very good selection or parts availability.
I have an old virago and have been having issues with the charging system...after taking it to many shop in Austin..(woods,cowboy,etc...) no one was ever to find nor fix the problem...I never knew that this shop was here until a friend recomended them. I took my bike to them and in 2 days I got a call from the owner. He said that my stator was ok..but I had a faulty regulator..he could replace it and have me out that day. I picked my bike up and the cost was way less than expected, and I have not had a problem with my charging system agian..I will be a lifelong customer.
