Traditional Martial Arts Academy of South Austin offers comprehensive martial arts and fitness training for all ages and experience levels. Our kids programs start at 3 years old, and follow a unique effort over achievement teaching philosophy. Children in our school have fun while learning the life skill of always applying their best effort. This approach leads to better outcomes in focus, self-discipline and emotional balance not only in martial arts, but also throughout their lives. For adults, we offer traditional martial arts, combat MMA, women-only classes and functional fitness training. Discounts offered for students and parents. All students begin with a one-month Beginners Program that includes a uniform.
