WORST SERVICE SOUTH OF THE RIVER
well, i have a hard time giving these guys even one star. i called in to place an order and the phone was set on the counter so i could hear everyones conversation. i heard the obviously new and uninformed employee who they let answer the phone, asking around for help to take the order. finally after ten minutes, she got on to take the order, after taking the order she told me that it would take 45 minutes for my order to arrive. 45 minutes later they called me back asking for the credit card info bc it was coming up mismatch, well they wrote it down wrong, big surprise right, she then told me the order was already in route and i should have it any minute. so then another 5 minnutes go by and i get another call from them saying still no good. well they didnt verify the sec code the first time they called, and she got that wrong also. i was very angry and asked to speak with the manager and ""TONY"" the owner got on the phone, saying they couldnt do anything to compensate me for the trouble. i have kids that have been waiting up to eat dinner and he said there was nothing he could do. i was appalled and told him to cancel the order and credit my card that i used. he still has not refunded the card, and was extremely rude about the whole situation. after reading the other persons review about the quality of the food and appearance of staff as well as cleanliness of the facility, i'm actually glad i didnt get the food that i ordered, im sure it would have been horrible. we order out probably 3 times / week and this place will never get any of my business in the future. if you value service this is not the place for you. bottom line: IF YOUR THINKING MILANOS, THINK AGAIN!
