I said I wanted a stacked bob, I dont know why you think that is what you gave me. I do not have a bob, I wanted layers on top only, you have layered me all the way down. That is not a bob. Then you left the side longer, which is what I want, but there is no connection between the front and back, so the sides stick out like weird bands. It is not even on the bottom, and it kind of looks like a little mullet. I have had a bob over and over again, and this is not a bob! I don't know how you can think that I walked out of there looking ok. I was trying not to complain and I was trying to be nice, and hoping that I could fix my hair when I got home but there was nothing I could do. I called the manager today, after crying again this morning trying to style my hair, and she has set another appt. with someone else. There really is no point because it is now tooooooo short to do anything else to it, except maybe even out the bottom. But, I will continue to put comments about you on every day until you refund my $45 to my account. Even though my last hair dresser didnt give me layers on top like I wanted, I still got a great hair cut and I can not question her talent. I do have serious doubts about yours. And a suggestion, in the future, never tell someone that they may have thinning hair because they might need to loose weight like your mother. Nothing about your service was good yesterday. I understand that you were not feeling good, but that is NO EXCUSE TO DO A BAD JOB, OR TRY TO BLAME IT ON ME, THE CUSTOMER.
