Great equipment and dealers and reasonably priced...not the cheapest around but not the most expensive either. Opt for the LED lighted casino tables, they are the nicest tables around and are sure to turn some heads at your event!

HUGE Lack of Communication from Company

I received multiple referrals to Southwest Casino in regards to our upcoming company holiday party. They submitted a quote to us in a timely manner, however, that was the fastest I heard from them. I called and let them know that we wanted to book our party with them, and a week later when I still hadn't received my contract, I had to call back and ask for it again. I finally received the contract from them, however, the information was incorrect. I e-mailed Southwest Casino asking that the necessary information be corrected and an updated copy of the contract be re-sent. A week later, still having received no response, I called the company office. I left a voicemail asking to hear back from them within the day, or I would have no choice but to go with another vendor. Well, this is what I had to do. I've still never heard from Southwest Casino. I have, however, heard from our new vendor. Overall, I will not recommend this company, nor attempt to use them again.

We hold a casino party each year for family and friends and Southwest Casino Productions has been, by far, the best company we've ever used. Great equipment and dealers and they were cheaper than everyone else I called. They were on time and easy to work with. I will definitely be using them again next year.
