I was unsure what I wanted in a bridal gown, and Olga pulled gowns that made me feel beautiful and like a bride. I will recommend Serendipity Bridal to all future brides.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I liked the individual fitting rooms. Sarah was great at offering suggestions but wasn't pushy about it just very honest. I would say overall, a great experience.

Serendipity saved my wedding day.
Serendipity saved my wedding day. I had the design for my dress picked out and ready to go, BUT two weeks before the big day I like the rest of the world saw Kate Middleton's wedding dress. I got so many ideas from her dress that I wanted to make several alterations on my own dress. Serendipity worked long and hard with me to make the changes that I wanted..they were VERY patient, polite, and understanding (even when I was acting like bridezilla). They are awesome!

Olga was beyond helpful. She knew exactly what style would be best but "let us" pick our favorites even though she knew they wouldn't work :) Not the typical experience where the consultant "insists" she knows best. She sweetly led us to a beautiful gown! Love her!

Everyone was wonderful! Linda was especially great! So sweet and helpful. The entire staff truly wanted you to have the best experience and they wanted me to find the perfect dress! Went to unbridaled and the service was such a disappointment compared to serenditpity.

I really enjoyed being here. I called last minute and they were very accommodating. I had called Signature Bridals and they were very rude and because my date is in June, which is 2 1/2 months away, They said that MAYBE they could help. But when I came here, I picked out some dresses, that would be difficult to bring in on time, but Linda made me feel okay with trying them on. And I was able to find an Amazing and gorgeous dress for the perfect & best day of my life! Thank you so much!

Linda picked my dream dress immediately. It was the first on I tried on and I loved it. She also helped to accessorize the dress for me. Without guidance, I don't think I would have picked that dress. I am so glad she was my consultant!
