Pronto Insurance

The South Congress location is great! The staff is wonderful and prices are reasonable. My family uses Pronto and we have never had any issues!

I had a customer of Pronto Insurance located in Austin, TX off of South Congress today and this was my experience. I got in touch with Jasmine one of their representatives and sent over pictures that were required for adding a new vehicle with full coverage so that my customer could drive off of the car lot. I work here at Charles Maund Toyota and have dealt with numerous insurance companies over the years. This is by far the slowest, non professional, and worst customer service experience I have ever had/seen. been waiting over 2 hours now and still cant add the vehicle for my customer and i cant allow him to leave in his new car. I wouldn't recommend these jokers to my worst enemy IJS.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO GET INSURANCE FROM!!!!! THE CURRENT MANAGER IS THE MOST INCOMPETENT PERSON I HAVE EVER MET. EVERY TIME I GO TO RELOAD MY PRONTO CARD SHE TAKES 30 MINUTES TO DO ANYTHING. SHE ALWAYS HAS AN EXCUSE ON WHY IT TAKES HER SO LONG. SHE HAS TO CALL TO GET STEP BY STEP DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO DO A SIMPLE TASK. NOW TODAY SHE SAYS THE LADY THAT SHE USUALLY CALLS DOESN'T WORK THERE ANYMORE... HMMM I WONDER WHY.... SO THIS STUPID LADY SAYS SHE CAN'T DO IT, SHE SAYS I HAVE TO GO TO THE WESTGATE LOCATION. ONCE I GET THERE, THIS OTHER INCOMPETENT WOMAN TELLS ME THEY DON'T RELOAD CARDS ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!! I CAN NOT EXPLAIN HOW FURIOUS I WAS. I TRIED TO CONTACT THE DISTRICT MANAGER WHO IS AN ALCOHOLIC, BUT OF COURSE HE DIDN'T ANSWER HIS CALL OR RETURNED MY CALLS..... SO PPL IF YOU WANT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR EVEN DEPENDEBLE INSURANCE PRONTO IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!!!!!!!!!
