These folks are the BEST at what they do, manage properties. They are professional, knowledgeable and speedy! What more can you ask for? They turned my property over with a HUGE list of repairs and rented the property all within two weeks! I never thought it would happen so fast. The place looks brand new! I wish all my properties were in the state and could be managed by these folks!

I have had Prime Properties as my management company since I acquired my TX property in 2007. Without a doubt they are the BEST. I have owned
rental property since 1955 and I only wish that I could clone them to handle the properties that I have in other states. Prompt friendly competent quality service; they offer suggestions and I make my decision, which is usually what they suggest. I have never been steered wrong. I trust them to have both my and my tenants welfare as guiding principles.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU'LL NEVER GET YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK!!! we rented a property from Prime Properties for a year and after we moved out they made up some bogus charges:



- Cleaning $325 (we fully cleaned the house after moving out)

- Carpet cleaning $800 (I cleaned the carpet using a carpet cleaner myself!)

- Lawn service $200 (I hired a landscaping company 3 days before moving out)

- Sink basket $8 (the sink never had a sink basket to begin with and I bought one myself! )

- Paining bolts $73 (sure there were nail holes on the wall but isn't normal?)

- Unjam disposal $15 (seriously?)

- 15% admin fee $216

I would not recommend this company to ANYONE! I rented from them for over 2 years and after the second time they increased my rent without notifying me, I had enough. I attempted to discuss signing a new extended lease for lower rent and one of the co-owners told me to type up a proposal and when I did he informed me they didn't do extended leases. Basically wasted my time. Then I found another home with more square footage in the same neighborhood for over $100 less a month. Upon moving out they charged $129 to clean the carpets... fine the move-out instructions said the carpets had to be professionally cleaned. Then they charged $130 to "clean" the empty house I just cleaned. My husband even stopped by with the other owner doing the walk through and he told my husband the place looked good. So now they say the blinds were dusty and a couple of other petty observations and that makes them think they have the right to spend $130 of my money. The person I spoke to about it was condescending and continually repeated that they were sorry I felt the way I did. Ridiculous! $130 is a good deal of money and whoever they have doing their cleaning is making a killing. I would never hire someone for that amount to do what they are "claiming" needed to be done. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!
