    very unprofessional

    Provided by

My family went to NORTH and SOUTH and we were treated rudely, the ladies there were going to over charge me and when i told them i was and adult with two kids they decided to say 10 and under are kids and 13 is an adult, which was fine. The ladies wanted to charge taxes individually and tax the total amount taxes as well! i told them i would call the cops and they wanted to come up with a different price. No place you go is going to have the best food but customer service is a must! i call this absolutly not!

Not what it used to be and it wasn't good before

    Provided by

My wife and I decided to eat here for dinner. We got there around 5:45 for an early dinner. There was NO fresh food on the buffet. It was all crusted to the sides. The egg roll was the only soft food. I asked for my money back, which I have never done. They gave me half. The food was not edible. Save your money and wait for something else to open here.

    so so

I don't recommend the buffet. Never seems fresh, and everything tastes the same. Order to go are better. On the plus side, wait staff and owners are friendly.

    Not so good.....

    Provided by

Same as the last reviewer....we burped up nasty ""sulfer smells"" for hours after eating here. \r \r They now charge extra for the Crab Legs that used to be available on the buffet. The prices are very HIGH $10+ per person plus a drink... toooo expensive considering that you can no longer get crab legs on the buffet...now they charge by the pound for them.\r \r The food is ok...not great...most tastes old...I would not recommend unless they put the crab legs back on the buffet...that was the only thing worth going there for.....

I'm Typing Between Frequent Visits to the Bathroom

I've got to type fast, because the chinese food is calling me back to the bathroom and I may have little time. Don't eat here. It is not a pleasant experience. Send people you don't like. Got to go......

They Should Change the Name to Bad and Really Bad China Restaurant

    Provided by

The food was poor. My daughter was disappointed that they had no beef teriyaki. My wife was disappointed because there were no mushrooms (at all). The chop sticks were really thin and cheap. I started burping up a strange sulfur smelling gas after eating there. The curtains were dirty. The bathroom smelled like p00p. The tables are slanted noticeably.

    Awesome fried rice

    Provided by

I have to somewhat disagree with the other reviews. Although the buffet isn't that great the real gem from this place is all the menu items. If you only go to eat chinese food for the buffet you're never going to be happy with the quality and you don't actually know very much or anything at all about chinese food. My favorite menu item is the chef's fried rice, off the menu not the buffet. It is by far the best fried rice i have had EVER. try it and you'll always want to come back for more.

stomache ache for a high price

    Provided by

I went right at lunch time hoping for the freshest quality. After seeing a misleading commercial enticing me to go and enjoy a variety of Seafood?s and Fresh Sushi. It was over priced and everything was cold, old and chewy. My first bit of the Sushi rolls made me ill. All the rolls had cream cheese in them and the cream cheese was sour. The Avocado in the rolls was already browning. All the fried food was chewy, cold and tasteless. The sweet and sour shrimp had no flavor and was stringy. The Chicken and Beef dishes tasted so similar, I was not sure which was which. I was very unhappy with the appearance and taste of everything on the buffet. Accept the soup. I was hoping for a feast of appetizing Seafood and Sushi and end up with a stomach ache instead. I mentioned my concerns to the manager and he questioned my credibility and did not seem to even care. Beware of this restaurant. We left still hungry, too afraid to eat anything and my friend got sick right away.

    Eggroll not worth the attitude.

    Provided by

I called and placed an order for delivery one night. The woman on the phone took my order and quoted me a price. After we hung up, I began to realize that there was no way the amount of food I had order equaled the total I was quoted. I called her back and she was very rude telling me that she was the one who had written the menu and that ahe knew how items were priced, and for me not to tell her how they were priced. I tried to cancel my order and she hung up on me. I had given her my credit card and was worried about her access to it. I called and finally spoke to her and cancelled my order. I asked her if she had charged my credit card and she said she had not. A week later, I pull up my satement on the internet and sure enough there was a charge from North and South. I called and spoke to a different woman who knew nothing of this. The owner, which was the first woman i had talked to called me. She told me that she had reversed the charge that night. She told me she would call me back and never did. The next day the charge was reversed on my statement. Overall, I'm glad it worked out well. The owner was so rude it's really unbelieveable. I will never go back there again

    SOOOO Bad!

    Provided by

We were referred here by a friend and it was just all around bad. The orange chicken was just terrible, the mall could do it better. The egg rolls were pencil thin and had no flavor. Fried rice sticky and just bad, Try Pao's in Lakeway instead.
